When migrating contacts from Workspace Google to Microsoft 365 service, phone numbers attached to contacts are copied as text instead of a phone field.
The same account added to my IOS via "Google account" recognizes the contact phone number.
The same data via the Exchange IOS account (migrated using a Microsoft migrations Exchange endpoints) does not find the number and displays a contact without the phone number.
The same applies if I go to contacts.google.com, export a contact (no matter If I choose "google/outlook csv" format and import it in a "Contacts" outlook web page using the "Import" feature.
