iOS clients with Outlook for iOS access Exchange only : External managed

Hi,

I have active Intune

Device is not enrolled

Device is also not under Corporate device identifier

On Exchange online, I have device rule to put client “Outlook for iOS” in to quarantine.

But if I take new  iOS device install Outlook I get access with status externally managed ?

Device is new not enrolled through and MDM.

 

I’m login with Global admin and i do not see this option under “Security & Complieance center>Data loss prevention>Device management”. I have only option “Policy” and “app permsions”
