Hello everyone,
Just wondering if anyone could please help this issue. I am using a shared mailbox with exchange online plan 2. We have inline archive enabled on it and retention policies applied but I am unable to see the inline archive folder in OWA or outlook (full access permissions for the shared mailbox has already been done). I tried logging into OWA with the shared mailbox (as it has got a license too , so we can treat him as a mailbox too), I can see the inline archive folder here with all the emails.
Second question, in inline archive, there are multiple folders and we wanted to share one of the folders only to a person. Is it possible to share only that folder or revert the retention policies only on that folder?
Any other possible solutions to share that specific archived folder would be highly appreciable.
