Initialization of data source failed

Copper Contributor

I am currently trying to append multiple .csv flies located in a folder on my desktop using Power Query in Excel 2016. Each file contains 7 columns and around 300 rows of data.

Testing this with two files the Power Query preview shows it has pulled 7 columns and 583 rows of data.

This seems correct and no errors showing this data. I can even scroll through the data down to row 428. This is where Excel truncates the data.  I can also "refresh the preview". It seems to me that Excel can see the data fine

Once I click the "Close and Load" button I get the attached error.  "Initialization of data source failed. Check your database server.........." See attached screenshot

Has anyone seen this issue and know how to fix it?

Thanks in advance,
