My problem occurred at some stage way after I had installed O365 on windows 10. When a new mail arrives I have configured notifications to position this in the action center. The mail does go there but when i click on it now it just disappears. The mail does not open. I have tried all the solutions I have found on the web but nothing works. I have uninstalled and re-installed O365 still no luck.
A number of people seem to have this problem.
Any help would be appreciated as I really enjoyed this capability.
