I need to remove a CSP Partnerrelationship in the Admin Portal to enable direct support tickets to Microsoft. Direct support tickets are only possible if O365 Licenses were bought from Microsoft directly.
Here is my story. Perhaps someone can help?
I have some hope that support tickets from inside the tenant become possible again as soon as the CSP partner "X" is removed.
How can I do that?

Hi @DanHuber,
You need to talk to your CSP provider to completely remove the licenses from your Tenant.

This CSP seems not to be interested to remove my customer from their partner portal.
Do you happen to have an idea how I can escalate this?

SolutionHi @DanHuber, If you do not have any relationship with them and you want to the CSP provider to remove the relationship from you, you will need to ask them and depending on response, please contact the Office 365 support by phone.
