How to preserve Historical data in Ms Excel while the data is fetched from Database

Hello Experts,

I have written a query to fetch the data into Excel from Oracle Database. Now the challenge is, this data gets refreshed every week in the database by removing few old records and adding few new records. I want to still retain the old records in Excel though it is deleted in the database and only append the new records but none of the features/functions in Query section allows me to achieve this. Refresh does the complete refresh. Any help on this subject will be highly appreciated.
