How to create a Org wide teams channel to flash communication to all Organization?

We have a need to send flash updates to all employees through MS Teams. 

How do we use MS teams to achieve this objective?

Tried using a Teams channel but the message posted on the channel does not initiate a prompt to users. 

Can someone guide on how to get this done so that as soon as the moderator posts a message on Channel, it prompts all users just like we get a prompt for our chats in Teams.

@Aman1300 If you have an "Org Wide Team" (where all employees are members) and write a post in a channel and "mention" the team's name in the post, it should send a notification to everyone in the team. (Check that this setting is configured correctly in the team in question. ).
