We run of office 365 and have set-up two of our laptops with the o365 signin rather than getting an external IT company involved. The issue we have is when we use teams or teamviewer to help the employee troubleshoot - azure kicks our the external party. How do we get around this - we have remote locations and can not easily get to all employees to help them.
