Hi,
In the past couple of days we cannot send or rececive external emails outside of our domain.
Nothing has changed. IS there an issue ?

Nothing that I know of in terms of how Exchange Online works. It sounds like you should file a support request and have someone from Microsoft look at your tenant settings.

Be careful. Exchange Online runs in multiple forests deployed across the Office 365 datacenter regions. The fact that you see green for your tenant doesn't mean that something else is happening to affect tenants elsewhere.
