I have been trying to purchase the office 365 personal edition and was unable to do so. I had called up customer service and they had removed and added many cards of mine each leading to the deduction of money. The bank statement says that the this deduction is by Microsoft and the call center in Philippines stated that this had been charged by the bank.
By way of authorization Microsoft had deducted around 500 INR with no resolution to having it fixed. I am not sure if any Microsoft Official would be reading this, but this is not acceptable. I would need some resolution towards this.
After being on the phone for 1 hour and 30 minutes i realized being genuine and trying to install a legal software by a reputed company is a big mistake and not sure what support the cloud services offer. I now have to step out in the scorching heat to purchase it.
