Granting access to a new Administrator in Google Billing access if you are originator of account

Hi MS 365 community,

I have a question for clarity, insight, and feedback.
I work for a company that is in the process of migrating their data from GSuite to Microsoft 365.
Our billing department needs to have access to the billing portal in GSuite’s admin portal.

Here is the problem: The person who created the original GSuite account with billing administrator access and credentials is not longer a part of the company. In fact, that employee has been gone for some time and a whole new staff of administrators are in place. There isn’t a way of contacting the originator of the account, as there was no record of that information transferred from administration to administration.

Is there a work around?
Is our current Sys Admin of the MS 365 account and the company able to gain access to the GSuite billing portal account and credentials without ability to contact the originator of said account?
If not, are we able to create a new administrator with access to the information and disable or transfer the credentials for the originator of the account?

If all else fails, is there a way of being able to contact the sales team the retains our companies GSuite account to gain or verify necessary security details?

All concrete and helpful advice welcomed and appreciated.
