Global Training Plans for Office 365

I am interested in hearing about the experience of delivering training to a large global organisation whilst deploying office 365. The main challenges are as follows:-

 

1. Languages - French, English, Spanish, Chinese, Dutch, etc

2. Format - Videos, User Guides, Hand-outs, other

3. Delivery - Remote, In person (Classroom), eLearnng, Virtual, etc

4. Granularity - End User, Champions, Local Admin, Local IT Support, System Admins, etc

 

Any advise on your approach, vendors you have used, freely available material would be gratefully received.

My two cents in regards of your questions:
(1) Format: Videos as standard format to help adopting Office 365. I normally produce "Office 365 pills" to my customers in the form of short videos (1 minute long in average) + Skype for Business recorded sessions targeted to IT Pro people at your organization:
(2) Granularity: Adoption pills are targeted to all the organization. Skype for Business recorded sessions are targeted to IT Pro people (and maybe some specific sessions for Power USers)
