Global Admin - Alert when Mailbox Permission is changed in O365

Is there a way for the Global Admin to receive an alert if someone makes a change to the MailBox permissions in office 365?

Yes, use Alert policies: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/alert-policies?view=o365-worldwide
