Hi everyone.
In our organization we currently have a shared mailbox where we share all of our important contacts.
As everyone has full access to the mailbox, they can edit/create/delete contacts and what happens is that some users delete important contacts from that from their phones (we are syncing that contacts in every smartphone). In order to solve that, we want to implement a "read-only" access to the users so that we can fix this, and only one or two will have full access to the mailbox.
How can we do that? I've tried to change the permissions in the desktop app and also from OWA giving to every user the reviewer role in that specific shared mailbox, but the problem still exists.
Thank you.

Remove the Full Access permissions and grant folder-level permissions to just the folders you want.
