Getting user specified data form a database or excel-sheet and displaying that

I would like to sell multi-hour packages for my language school and give the user the possibility to check how many hours he has left after logging in to the office environment.
So far I enter this into an Excel spreadsheet and send it in regular intervals.

Does anyone have an idea how I can automate this and present it elegantly to my users? If there is an app, that would be possible too, but I would like to enter the data centrally and make it available for every user in his own 365 environment.
