When trying to open a PDF as a link via email that links to a SharePoint site within a group that the EU is a part of already I have been getting an error that makes no sense.
When they go through the prompts they are left with no option to move forward. They do however have access to the file going through the SharePoint site and going to the correct directory.
Attaching the images of the prompts being given. The password policy is set to allow self reset and no 2FA enabled at all so there shouldn't be a reason to be getting the messages.
Any help to get rid of this on the EU side would be great as they bug me about it weekly.
