Getting Error 0x0000142 every time I start any program

I have been using office 365 for a while now and just a few days ago it gives me the above error code. I do not know how to fix this. I need these programs to work since I've used them for my work

I've only ever seen that error code relate to Office 2016, not Office 365. Without more information, you could try an Online Repair, a Full Repair, or Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SARA).

If all else fails, remove, reboot and reinstall Office from your Office365 portal.
