Geberal Delve Interface Question

Not sure the best place to ask this.  We are suddenly having issues with the display of a Delve Page.  If we go to any Delve BLOG for example, the header is all messed up. I can't figure out why.  It does this no matter the browser (IE, Edge, Chrome).  it seems to have started in the last couple weeks.  Any thoughts on how to manage that? Example:

As I Said, seems like a backend issue! Same advice, to create a support ticket and find out what this is about

@David_M950No resolution yet.  I put a ticket in before I came here actually.  I figured I would see if I was the only one in this boat.  Still waiting for MS to get back with me.  We are a pretty small company, so we don't have a TAM or priority support.
