SolutionYou can do this with Address Book Policies in Exchange Online, see https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh529948(v=exchg.150).aspx
We have this configured for our Exchange Online instance:
No GUI in the EXO Admin Centre to create/manage address book policies, they can only be done via PowerShell. Once they have been created, you can then apply them to users in bulk via PowerShell, or individually from mailbox properties > mailbox features.
