Full Access Mailbox not Updating

Hi All,

I know there are a ton of posts about Shared Mailboxes, but this situation is a little different. We have a regular user mailbox that is set for Full Access to another user. The mailbox shows up in Outlook for the other user, but for some reason does not update on its own, so as email comes into the mailbox, it does not alert the user. The user is running Office 2013. Anyone else seeing this same issue?

How is the mailbox added to Outlook (automapped, manually as additional mailbox, manually as additional account)? And how big is the mailbox and the Outlook profile?

It is auto-mapped and the mailbox is 19GB

19GB might be a bit too much for Outlook to handle, I would suggest using OWA to access the shared mailbox instead
