In a questionnaire answered by 128 individuals, in 48 cases a "required" field was ignored and the users were allowed to proceed and finish the questioannairrew without stating answer. We now have a defective database and we´re wondering if that is a software mistake that can be corrected without the need for us to personally call 48 individuals to ask for the missing answer. We tested the form of course on multiple devices and it worked as it should. How come almost half of the participants were able to complete the form without providing reuwired answers?
If this is a known problem, we appreciate any support that saves us the trouble of going from door to door.
