I have a little problem :

since a migration I have a client who has a problem with the attachments, they are received in format winmail.dat. Everything is configured to be sent in HTML but it does not change anything

Configured where? The usual solution to this is to toggle the TNEFEnabled setting on the remote domain for the recipient having the issue, or for all recipient using the default remote domain.

I switched the parameter with the administrator account on my client's 365 office domain "use rich-text-format => never"

That's the setting I was referring to, yes. Should solve the issue.

normally yes it will have to solve the problem but no ....
