Have an O365 user account that was compromised and his display name changed to Email Alert. He was also blocked from sending email because his account was being used to send several spam messages. His password was reset, his account unblocked and his display name changed back to what it should be. Now the issue is that when he replies to an email in OWA the initials shown in his profile circle (or whatever you call it) are EA and not his initials. His initials are correct in the directory listing and when composing a new email. This has me baffled.
