I have this in a cell.

 

=FILTER(Calculations!A11:G61,(Calculations!C11:C61="Y")*(Non_Excludable),"")

 

I am getting #VALUE

 

Non_Excludable is a named range.  It is this range Calculations!$B$11:$B$61
