File is locked for editing in Office 365

Is there a way to check by computer name when a user has locked a file for editing? If I can trace by computer name that will be very helpful in advising my users on who and what computer is locking a document in Office 365.

If the file is in OD4B or Sharepoint you can update the view for document library so that it shows Checked out to column. You can easily identify the user file is checked out to and contact him directly

It should list who in the message that has the document locked. This is different than checkout per SPO Admin's reply. But to my knowledge computer isn't logged. The only way to prevent the locking is to have supported office documents and a newer Office version that supports co-authoring.

If you turn on force of Checking out you can tell who has it and prevent locking, however it introduces a lot of other less than desirable usability for your users.
To answer your question, AFAIK you don't have a way to determine in which computer the user has opened the file
