Hi,
We use office 365, and used the external website function of sharepoint, Now that option is gone, we host a website somewhere else, but the webtraffic runs still through the office 365 DNS. Which setting do I use to make our website visible?
thx in advance,
regards,
Danny Korving

Hi Danny,
Within the Office 365 Admin center, under "Setup | Domains" you have the option to configure the DNS settings.
Have you tried looking here?

Hi Mark, thanks for your reply. I did find the DNS settings in the Office 365 Admin section. I almost figured out what to do, maybe you can confirm this is the right method.
- I need to connect our domain to the name servers of the website host in stead of using the microsoft nameservers (as it is now)
- I need to tell Office365 that I manage the DNS-settings myself (instead of automatically by Microsoft). This setting is in the Admin Section.
- I put the right records (as shown in Admin Section at Microsoft) in DNS-settings at the webhost nameservers
|I think that should work. AGree?

Hi Danny,
These are indeed the steps I that would take as well, but if these steps do not give you the correct results, I would definitely recommend a support call to Microsoft.
Btw, here are some support links that I think will/ can help you. The links are for setting it up, but will guide you with steps that you need take into account.
