External Sharing in One Drive for Business

Hi there,

It is possible that my question has been already addressed in the past.

I would like to know if external sharing is disabled for the global Online Sharepoint tenant, would a user -at his own level- be able to externally share a document via a link that is stored in OneDrive for Business?

Yes, he/she will be able to do it. Sharing settings in ODFB by default do not follow the configuration applied at the SPO tenant level
