Excell missing insert note

Hi I am hoping someone can help me.

But when I loaded in a excel sheet I am missing the "insert note" option, I have all of the comment options just nothing for notes

I checked the review type and nothing is there for notes.

I know I can use shift and F2, so access the note, but this is not easy to do it edit the note, as the second you click off its gone again.

Is there a way to get the insert note back?

Hello Tasone, what about „show all comments“ in your worksheet? Go to „Review „-tab, there you can find all your comment Buttons. Greets,Eva
