Hi, I use 365 on my iMac. A colleague sent me 3 Excel files from her Windows laptop via email. The files open just fine but have data missing - as in “there should be numbers in that cell”. Because the data is missing the formulas do not work and the linked sheets all have errors.
Both computers are fully up to date on updates. She has sent me a screen grab showing the open sheet on her screen and the data is there.....my file merely has a fullstop where the data should be.
What are we doing wrong - surely the file should open with all the data/components in place as she saved it for me?
