I have a constant issue when I am in Excel. It keeps telling me every now and again that there is an issue with my account and I have to sign in and out. This happens a lot. When I purchased my Office version I was using a different email provider and now that provider is gone so I am wondering if the Office version is looking for the old version.
Also I did purchase my version of Office through a work scheme (HUP)
Can anyone advise why this is happening and how to stop it.
