Error sending email with attachment at the first time but it is fine after resrart PC

Hello everyone,

 

My name is Duc Tran. I am experiencing a problem with sending email with attachment. For detail, at the start of work, I open Outlook and then send an email with attachment (small size) but that email could not be sent, it stuck in Outbox. I have to restart the PC and everythings is fine, I can send emails without error. But this issue occurs every day. I tried to reinstall Outlook as well as Office 365 but it did not work.

Is there anyone can help me to fix this issue? Thank you so much

I saw this in my environment too. My case was due to large list of public folders. I unchecked the cache box from the outlook client property under public folder - advanced tab and it solved the issue.
