End user Outlook Group shows emails, but none are displayed when group is selected.

End user Outlook client left side pane "Groups" shows there are new emails, yet when the user clicks on the group to display the emails, Outlook shows "There is nothing to display" and no emails are shown.

Probably an issue with the local cache... have you tried recreating the profile?

     Thank you for the reply and suggestion, it turns out it was the local .ost file and recreating the user profile resolved the issue.
