I need a stop gap solution. My work is migrating to SharePoint online from SharePoint 2013, but doesn't have Stream enabled yet. They say it's "in the pipeline" which means maybe it'll come in 2022. I need to have a place for people to easily access the training videos we've created for the team. Help?

Best you can do here is just to store the videos in a document library. Users will be able to play the videos directly from the document library using the file viewer we have across Office 365
