We shall soon be deploying Office 365 across our organisation. At the moment, we are analysing which plan is suitable for each individual employee, mainly between E1 and E3 (typically based on whether they will need Office desktop applications installed on their machines).
Though, we have been informed that in order to have SfB Routing Groups, team members must all be on the same plan (either E1 or E3) for Call Routing to function. Is this the case? Thanks!
