We have one user who is receiving duplicate quarantine messages every day, since the end of January. They show up in both his Outlook and on the portal. We've checked everything we can think of, ie rules, rights, account, but nothing is out of the ordinary. Has anyone else had this happen, and if so, what was your fix?
