Document signage feature comparable to Adobe Sign

Hey,

 

I did look into the integration of Adobe Sign and Office 365 and I couldn't believe that there isn't a document signage feature already available in Office 365 Business or Business Premium. 

 

What we want is a simple command to send a document to a client, have him sign the document and record the updated signature on SharePoint.

 

Is Adobe Sign and the existing App feature with Office 365, Outlook and SharePoint the only way to create digital document signatures?
