Display Add Inn Logo in Message Surface area Using Manifest and How to Use it Outside Organization

Hi All,

I have develop Add Inn using OfficeJs.I have uploaded the manifest file in Microsoft Store.

I have some question:-

1)How to show the Add Inn logo in Message Surface area[First Image] without using Settings=>Custom Action [Second  image].

If there any possibility to pin Add Inn logo in Message Surface area using Manifest ?

2)How to use the Add Inn outside the organization ?
