Deleted emails re-appear while Litigation Hold feature is disabled

Hi all,

 

I have problem with an Office 365 mailbox that whenever I delete an email, it automatically re-appears. This happens to all folders in the mailbox.

I check with the mailbox features and find out "Litigation hold" is currently disabled. So "Litigation hold" does not prevent the deletion activity.

 

I have no glue for now. Any suggestion is highly appreciate.

This sounds like some add-in or mobile device interfering, try doing the deletion from OWA with all other clients turned off completely.

@Vasil Michevthank you for suggesting. Let me check devices activity and do deletion again.
