Date formatting

I have got some dates copied from MPP report, I am not able to convert it into required date format. 

May I know the steps to convert it into correct Dt format, currently these are in below format

What’s a MPP report! What application are you using?

If it’s project:
File > Options > General - project view allows you to set Date formats
