Create Master Account who get all email Inbound and Outbound in my domain in outlook Office 365

Hello All,

i have a domain email who connected with office 365.

i have to create one email ex : admin@xxx.com  who get all email inbound outbound from all my email user from @xxx.com
anyone can help me?

What you are asking for is pretty much the Journaling feature: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/security-and-compliance/journaling/journaling

As the article above explains, you cannot use an O365 mailbox as the target for journaling though, it needs to be an on-premises or third-party one. You can set up something similar with transport rules, but there's no out of the box configuration apart the above mentioned journaling.
