Connected account with multiple devices

I am office 365 business premium user and use the Macbook Pro and iPad pro for work.

I have 2 offical emails (different domains).  Only one is mapped to the Office 365 and I would like to view and manage the emails from both the devices I use.

What is the best method?

AFAIK, you can configure both e-mails in your Macbook Pro and iPad with no problems...for the Macbook Pro just use Office...for the iPad use builtin mail App or Oulook.com App

Forgot to mention that my intention of having both email IDs in Outlook is to have a single calendar.

Well, that's simply not provided out of the box no matter if you are using an Apple device, and Android one or a Windows one
