Company Logo in OWA

Copper Contributor

I've noticed that for some senders, typically big companies, their logo is displayed in OWA instead of the usual initials, like this. I'd be interested in setting this up for a couple of my tenants, but I can't figure out how it's configured. Does anyone have experience doing this or know how it works?

I think they simply keep the picture informed in Azure AD and replicated to the other Office 365 services including EXO

The feature is called BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification). Read more about it here: https://authindicators.github.io/rfc-brand-indicators-for-message-identification/
