Coexistence Mode Problem

Hi,

We have an coexistence mode problem in our organization on Microsoft Teams. I have access the admin center but I cannot change the coexistence mode. It only allows me to select "teams only" mode and gives me an error like "these settings for your organization have been set by Microsoft and can't be changed"

What can be the reason of this problem? How can we change this teams only mode? If you know the reason or any solution please let me know.

You will need to have your admin raise a ticket to Microsoft to see if they can do anything. It is caused by your organisation being upgraded by Microsoft to Teams which is taken by Microsoft to be a one way move.
