We are in the process of migrating our on-premises exchange 2010 to office 365. During the assessment phase, found all the desktops are thin clients (citrix) with runs embedded windows operating system 7. All office applications are published through Citrix and desktops are VDI.
In this scenario, i couldn't run the MAPi toolkit against the machines to take client readiness assessment for office 365. its say 0% ready due to thin clients and embedded operating systems. Could anybody have thoughts on how do i assess citrix infra for office 365 client assessment. first of all, is it supported ?
