Hi,
I've noticed a new service within our E3 license and Google does not know anything about it. Do you know which actual service is behind the internal service name "MIP_S_CLP1"?
Here's the full list of E3 services for our license:
MIP_S_CLP1
MYANALYTICS_P2
BPOS_S_TODO_2
FORMS_PLAN_E3
STREAM_O365_E3
Deskless
FLOW_O365_P2
POWERAPPS_O365_P2
TEAMS1
PROJECTWORKMANAGEMENT
SWAY
INTUNE_O365
YAMMER_ENTERPRISE
RMS_S_ENTERPRISE
OFFICESUBSCRIPTION
MCOSTANDARD
SHAREPOINTWAC
SHAREPOINTENTERPRISE
EXCHANGE_S_ENTERPRISE
Thanks.

Thanks. In Azure we have not configured AIP which should power MIP in the background. Strange. Also just reached out the Microsoft support hoping to get a definitive answer.

@Deleted It could also be the Information Protection and Compliance suite:
That was renamed "Microsoft 365 E5 Compliance" when it became available in the Apr. 2019 product terms. But maybe they didn't get the license name changed.
Just speculation based on the license name.

SolutionSo I was told by Microsoft that "MIP_S_CLP1" is indeed the service name for Microsoft Information Protection within our Office 365 E3 license. MIP is currently in public preview: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Information-Protection/Microsoft-Information-Protec...
Thanks.
