cannot set Out of Office within 365 portal

Hi There,

   I am trying to set an Out of Office for one of our users, but I get this error message:

 

"the operation couldn't be performed because UserName matches multiple entries"

 

the user is unique in the organisation. how do I trace for multiple entries?

How are you trying to set the OOF?

 

It's possible that there are multiple recipients in the organization with the same alias.

I ended up opening the users mailbox from within the admin console and applying the OOO there. that worked fine.
