Can't sign in into IMAP when different domain

Hello,

 

I have different domains connected to my office. I created a shared mailbox and now I want to connect to it over IMAP.

 

Now I have the following problem:

  • myname@domain1.com/shared@domain1.com - works
  • myname@domain1.com/shared@domain2.com - does not work

shared@domain1.com and shared@domain2.com is in that example the same shared mailbox

 

Is there a way around? Or did I something wrong?

I need to read and send through the second domain.
