can't read e-mails after searching for a string

Hello,

If I search in online office365 for a string, I click on a result and the reading pane popout window appears. But then it just hangs and the information never appears. If I do not search but just read e-mails in the order they came in, I can read e-mails just fine. I have cleared my cached and cleared space on my account. Does anyone have any idea what may be happening?

Seems to work fine here, which browser are you using? Try a private/incognito mode.

Thanks for the help. But unfortunately that did not work. Popouts after searching on a string used to work but started failing about 15 days ago. This occurs on two different machines, same account.

Open a support case and work with the engineers to troubleshoot this.
