In my office 365 mail box (e3 license) I can see the filter / show as / [and select] "conversations" OR "menssages'. But, for other user that use E1 license, this filter does not appear for him. See attached:

Those settings do not depend on the license. Has the user perhaps switched to the New OWA experience?

Unfortunately, although it isn't related to the type and license, it's happen like the print that I sended.
